Stranded in Portland

I’ve been fortunate over the past 9 years to have avoided many flight cancelations on my trip home from a weekend conference.  Once in a while the weather is bound to bite you though.  I’ll be spending an extra night in Portland, ME expecting to see some snow.  Too bad it wasn’t a planned vacation.  I would have enjoyed the opportunity to do some skiing.  Instead, I got motivated and hit the workout room at the hotel. 

1/2 mile warm-up 6.0 mph

Alternated Renegade Row Push-Ups (10, 8, 6, 4, 2) with 40 sec Sprints at 10 mph…30 sec rest intervals…5 Cycles

4 x 6 Reps of Chest Press-Sit-Ups with 15lb DBs…45 sec Rests

Alternated 40 sec Sprints at 10 mph with Quick Alternating DB Curls (15 lbs.)…5 Cycles…

It was torture…but I forced through 10 repetitions of sprints…I’m so glad I don’t have a treadmill at home!
