Pre-flight Run…I’m Off to Maine

I’ll be instructing an Exercise Etc Bootcamp Workshop in Portland, ME this weekend. It should be a great program.
As usual, I try to get in a good training session before a “work” weekend b/c I never know if I’ll have an opportunity while away.
Today was a moderate run, although it felt as if I were pulling a bus the entire way. 5.75 miles over 46:30.
I’m fairly fatigued from the Deadlifts last evening. I have to stay positive though…I’ll call this a planned pre-fatigued training run. Training in a state of semi-fatigue can be productive b/c it teaches your body to manage energy more efficiently.
