It was a great start to this summer’s fitness bootcamp at the Chester County Intermediate Unit in Downingtown, PA.  We had a beautiful day for a hard training session.  We will be meeting on Tuesdays through the end of July at 430pm. 

Please check this site daily for your Workout of the Day (WOD).  Because we meet only once per week you will be responsible for exercising at home at least 4 more times.  The workouts will be short & sweet with lots of sweating.  Plan for about 15 minutes to complete the daily challenge. 

For Thursday, June 18th you will not have a day off as you have had in the past.  There are two exercises posted to my website at www.chrismarino.net.  Go to “articles” and click on Exercise Demos. 

WOD: Perform 15 Back Bridges and then hold the Plank position for 30 seconds.  Repeat 6 times.  This should take you less than 10 minutes.  Try to fit in about 20-minutes of walking throughout the day as well.
