I’m still floored at how exhausting and time efficient my workouts have become.  Here’s what I did tonight:

Foam Rolled my legs while watching the Biggest Loser (more on that in a minute).

5 Rounds

20 Alternating Kettlebell Swings w/ 20kg (~45lbs) + 9 Kettlebell Burpee-Presses

2 Sets of 12 Reps each Single Arm Cable Chest Press

That’s it…20 minutes flat…yet I’m still shaking more than an hour later.

Biggest Loser Rant:  If you’re seriously overweight DO NOT attempt inverted hanging pull-ups from upside down position on a “high” bar.  Its amazing someone hasn’t seriously injured themselves on this show.  Oh wait…they’d just edit it out anyhow…Yikes!
